We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support reporting, analytics, dashboard development, and strategic business initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data to uncover trends, improve visibility, and support business decision-making across multiple functions.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools while analyzing business, financial, market, and operational data to deliver actionable insights. This position will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support reporting needs, enhance existing tools, and help drive data-informed strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions
- Analyze business, financial, and market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders and leadership
- Support reporting enhancements, metadata updates, and dashboard maintenance
- Document technical specifications and reporting requirements
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Provide support for existing BI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Maintain reusable templates, documentation, and reporting assets
- Research business and industry trends to support strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interpret and analyze business and financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations preferred
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or strategic planning initiatives
- Experience with dashboard development and business intelligence platforms
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred
