POSITION OVERVIEW:
Catalytic Combustion is immediately hiring for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. This position will be responsible for reviewing and entering timecards, assisting with processing payroll and benefits, reconciling statements, investigating and resolving pay discrepancies, and assisting with other tasks as assigned. This position will serve as primary backup for entire payroll function.
Location: Bloomer, WI
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Associates Degree in accounting or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in accounting and payroll required
- Prior experience processing payroll is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with accounting and payroll software is a plus
