Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in customer support and client services
- General computer skills and competent in data entry are a bonus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Sales experience is beneficial for identifying opportunities to up-sell services

Pay: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
