Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager for Single Family Homes to join our dedicated property management team. Duties
- Manage property leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract execution using the software Entrata.
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure homes are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with Fair Housing regulations.
- Handle landlord-tenant law issues, resolving conflicts efficiently through effective negotiation and conflict management strategies.
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for all property transactions, legal documents, and tenant communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Support property marketing efforts through upselling rental units and enhancing tenant retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on single-family home rentals.
- Strong knowledge of Landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and contracts management.
- Proficiency with property management software Entrata and Microsoft programs.
- Excellent conflict management skills combined with negotiation abilities to resolve issues amicably while protecting company interests.
- Office experience demonstrating professionalism in filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with property maintenance coordination, facilities management practices, and legal administrative procedures related to property management.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
