Job Title: Inside Sales Assistant
Location: Statesboro, Georgia

Reports To: Vice-President of Sales
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Assistant to help grow our promotional products business. This role is focused on proactively identifying and developing new sales opportunities, supporting sales Representatives in prospecting, and helping to expand relationships with both new and existing clients. This is not a passive customer service role — it’s for someone who enjoys the challenge of outreach, building rapport, and contributing directly to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Research and identify new business prospects through online tools, industry directories, and networking.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce products and services.
- Qualify leads, set up appointments, and schedule discovery calls for the Sales Representative.
- Plan with sales reps and vendors to create targeted campaigns and outreach programs for specific markets.
- Support trade show follow-up and other lead-generation events.
- Monitor industry trends and suggest creative product ideas or campaigns for clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong phone and written communication skills — comfortable making outreach calls and emails daily.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., commonsku, Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
- Creative and curious mindset with a genuine interest in marketing and branding.
