Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach located in Fort Mill, SC. This role can be part-time or full-time depending on the right fit.
The coach will lead small group personal training sessions, support members through structured programs, provide accountability and encouragement, and help create a positive, welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door.
Coaches at Catalyst are expected to bring professionalism, energy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and building meaningful relationships with clients and coworkers alike.
This role includes consistent coaching hours, mentorship, and opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand. For the right individual, there is potential to take on increased responsibility and leadership opportunities as the company grows.
