  • Partner with HR and business leaders to facilitate accurate, timely, and consistent execution of compensation processes.

Reporting, Governance & Compliance

  • Develop compensation analyses, reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Support responses to regulatory requests, client questionnaires, and other compensation-related information requests.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and controls to support accurate administration and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
