Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Independent Distributor based in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Independent Distributor will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with surgeons to support shoulder surgery needs. Additional responsibilities include providing product education, coordinating product deliveries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the surgical process. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and staying informed about the latest developments in orthopedic solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and customer service
- Experience in sales strategy, business development, and account management within the healthcare or medical devices industry
- Knowledge of orthopedic implants, surgical workflows, and medical device usage
- Ability to provide product education and technical expertise to healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated skills in project coordination, time management, and prioritization
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the medical device sales industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
