General Responsibilities
- Weigh and measure raw ingredients according to specified quantities.
- Safely lift containers of powders into blending bins, maintaining accuracy and avoiding spills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and with tools to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate blending equipment efficiently and effectively, following established procedures.
- Securely package blended ingredients for storage or shipment, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. overhead and upstairs, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations to accurately measure and mix ingredients.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks, with a focus on precision and quality assurance.
- Subject to normal warehouse and production environment.
- Subject to high noise levels where hearing protection is required.
- Subject to atmospheric conditions, such as fumes from the machines, odors, powders, dust and other particles.
