This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring shipments are complete, compliant, and in good condition.

Compensation: $23 - $28/hr.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervise the loading and receiving of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental and client-owned inventory
- Create and manage shipping and receiving documentation
- Verify shipment contents for accuracy and completeness
- Inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt and prior to dispatch
- Confirm and document daily shipment activity
- Inspect all exhibits upon arrival at the facility
- Maintain inbound inspection reports and receiving logs
- Ensure receiving logs are current and accurately reflect inventory movement
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift certification required
- Understand and follow setup instructions, technical documentation, and procedural guidelines
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to locate, verify, and track information quickly, accurately, and thoroughly
- Computer database experience strongly preferred
