Under general supervision, the Behavioral Health Case Coordinator/Case Manager assists with providing assessment, case management, crisis intervention and advocacy services to clients and serves as a liaison to other agencies.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Human Services or related field is preferred; or a minimum 1 year experience in the field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience; valid Ohio Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible schedule based upon client needs.
Education Requirement: Preferred Associates degree in Human Services or related field
Pre-employment drug screen and background check with favorable results is required.
