The opportunity (CEO-led ramp → account ownership)
You’ll start by working alongside the CEO in a founder-led selling model: CEO leads strategic closing while you ramp quickly into discovery, account development, and day-to-day opportunity ownership.
Target: ready to carry full responsibility for assigned accounts within ~3 months, depending on your prior sales experience.
What you’ll do
Business Development / Sales (Hospital B2B)
· Prospect and build relationships with hospital stakeholders (Nursing Education, Professional Practice, Workforce/L&D, operational nursing leaders)
· Lead discovery conversations using your RN credibility to uncover pain points and match solutions
· Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities; drive next steps and stakeholder alignment
· Present NCharge® program options and implementation approach (virtual/in-person delivery as applicable) Catalyst Learning 1
· Coordinate proposals and internal collaboration; partner with CEO on final negotiation/closing during ramp
Account Ownership & Growth
· Transition to owning assigned accounts end-to-end (renewals, expansions, new facilities)
· Ensure smooth handoffs internally and strong customer experience
Required qualifications
· Active RN (Registered Nurse) credential
· 3 years recent bedside nursing experience (hospital/acute care strongly preferred)
· Interest in transitioning into sales OR prior experience in sales, account management, customer success, education/outreach, or vendor-facing roles
· Strong written communication: can write crisp, professional emails to hospital leaders
· Comfortable with outbound activity (calls emails) and consistent follow-up discipline
Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,840.54 per year
