Retail Sales Consultant

We are hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to represent well-known Fortune 500 brands inside a major big-box retail environment. This role focuses on building brand awareness, creating positive customer experiences, and driving in-store sales growth.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, clear performance expectations, and room to grow for candidates interested in starting or building a career in sales and customer relations.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent nationally recognized brands inside a large retail store
• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and brand offerings
• Build brand awareness through professional, in-store interactions
• Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals
• Work collaboratively with store staff and leadership
• Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly retail presence

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a retail setting
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
