The Catalyst Corporation is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Chicago team as Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Trainees.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, customer acquisition, marketing, and leadership development. You'll begin by representing nationally recognized brands through face-to-face retail sales campaigns while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.
As you develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to cross-train in team leadership, training, and daily business operations.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands in established retail locations
- Engage with customers to promote products, services, and current offers
- Identify customer needs and assist with sales and enrollments
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
- Develop skills in team management, coaching, and business operations

Qualifications

Location & Requirements
- Full-time, in-person retail sales position
- Must live in the Chicagoland area or be willing to relocate within four weeks
- Oak Brook, IL
