Catalyst ABA Therapy is hiring a full-time and part-time Behavior Analyst to join our team in southeast Missouri. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or just finishing your graduate program, we want to hear from you. New to the field? We'll help you get your Missouri provisional license and support you as you grow.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Work with learners in both clinic and school settings
- Partner with families through parent training and collaboration
Requirements
- BCBA certification, OR a completed/nearly completed master's degree and eligibility for Missouri provisional licensure (PLBA)
- Based in Cape Girardeau and willing to commute to Benton and Sikeston, MO locations (2-3 times per week)
- Reliable transportation for travel to local school sites

Details
Compensation: Competitive salary based on credential and experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
