We are hiring for Full-Time or Part-Time delivery driver positions with Catalina Endeavors LLC. We deliver Amazon Logistics packages out of the Amazon Concord Station!

Delivery Driver (Full-Time & Part-Time) – Amazon Logistics Partner

Catalina Endeavors LLC is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our growing team at our Amazon Concord Station. As a Delivery Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive their packages safely and on time.

Our team has the first load-out time at the station (9:30 AM), which means you’ll get on the road early—and finish your route earlier than most!

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $21 per hour ($22 to $22.50 with bonus eligibility and pay increases based on performance that is paid biweekly) plus over time opportunities are available!
• 8 to 10-hour shifts are typical but vary based on routes and company's needs, current start time is 9:30 am
• Extra Shifts and Overtime hours and pay ARE available during busy periods. Overtime pay is $31.50/hr to $33.75/hr
• Part time and Weekend Only shifts ARE available for Weekend Warriors or Students
• Expect daytime shift. Shifts are generally 8 to 10 hrs. We are the first team to load out in the mornings.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions, in day and night time, and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use a company provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes and working a flexible schedule based on the weekly route demands.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a Drug Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good open availability to work scheduled days.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers

- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a van is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk up and down stairs, perform physical tasks as required with or with out reasonable accommodation

- Good communication and customer service skills

Note: Experience as a route driver, courier, or in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Looking for FULL TIME OR PART TIME! Do you enjoy working outside in the community? Do you enjoy being a team oriented professional, but desires to work independently in a route? Come join our team! We have the first load out time so you get on the road the earliest at the station.

Our shifts can be up to 10 hours depending on route completion time. We have available shifts 7 days a week out of Concord.
