What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender Supervisor position at Catalina Hotel Llc?
We are seeking an to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Candidates must have strong bar knowledge and up to date with current trends. Assistant Bar Manager will report directly to General Manager and Director of Operations.
Pay: starting $15hr
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of customer service.
- Train and manage bar staff along with servers.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- experience in bartending & mixology is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
