Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks will include coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining project schedules, and identifying and mitigating project risks. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing and presenting project reports, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including creating and maintaining project schedules
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills, including identifying and mitigating project risks
- Excellent communication skills, including tracking project progress and preparing project reports
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
