What are the responsibilities and job description for the .NET Developer position at Cataler North America?
We are currently seeking a .NET developer to join our team.
The position hours are: M-F, 8a - 5p
Job duties include:
Maintain existing .Net applications to support a growing automotive manufacturer.
Develop new solutions as needed based project requirements and company initiatives by utilizing SQL, C#, and .NET
Analyzes existing computer program logic to determine the best method of accomplishing required changes.
Ensures applications are security, confidentiality, and privacy of information compliant. Utilizes GitHub online for source control
Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to establish efficient processes
Improve troubleshooting methods by providing technical guidance to other IT staff
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in application development.
Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development
Support and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and business continuity policies, procedures and international standards associated with such management systems.
Requirements:
C#
SQL Server
Java not required, but a plus
Linux experience not required, but a plus for opensource initiatives
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
