What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Lab Tech--12 hour rotations (6pm-6am) position at Cataler North America?
Cataler North America, a Toyota affiliate, has immediate opportunities for experienced Manufacturing Laboratory Technicians for our facility in Lincolnton, NC. Responsibilities will include chemical analysis information/tests/reports for material receiving inspection, in-process quality checks and final product quality confirmation; maintain laboratory equipment through routine PM and calibration.
12 hour shift 6pm-6am on a 2/2/3 rotation.
Two year degree and previous wet chemistry experience are highly recommended. The successful applicant will have good oral and written communication skills. Additionally, excellent math skills and analytical skills; superior attention to detail and proven record keeping skills; working knowledge of Precision Inspection Equipment; excellent computer skills; QS9000 or IATF16949 experience are expected. The successful candidate will have the ability to read, write and interpret documents and use common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Must demonstrate excellent team working ability.
