The Role:
- Lead all HR activities for the Malvern site, ensuring alignment to business priorities and corporate HR strategy
- Partner with global Project Management leadership to deliver consistent, scalable HR support across the CSS PM organization
- Act as a trusted advisor to site and functional leaders on talent, organisation design, and workforce strategy
- Partner with global PM leadership to execute talent strategy
- Support organisational design and capability development
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Deliver consistent performance and succession frameworks globally
- Provide guidance on employee relations and change across regions
- 20% annual global travel expectations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree, preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferred
- Strong employment law and HR expertise
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
