The Role:
- Serve as a primary HR resource for the site, providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with business leaders to support employee relations, workforce needs, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Manage day-to-day employee relations issues; conduct investigations and escalate complex or high-risk matters to HR leadership
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; support return-to-work and accommodation processes
- Support execution of performance management and talent development processes; identify skill gaps and partner on development solutions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Support compensation activities in partnership with HR leadership and Global Compensation; analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent, required
- Minimum five years’ experience in human resources or related Catalent experience, required
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds
