Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager – Midwest to accelerate growth across the region. This is a fully remote, field-based role perfect for a self-starter who loves building relationships, closing deals, and representing a company that makes a real difference during critical times.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities throughout the Midwest region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and industry partners
- Attend and represent Catale at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand market presence
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Partner with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to work independently and successfully manage a regional territory
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and attend industry events
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
- Existing network of contacts in the Midwest
