Position Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive support, issue diagnosis and development for our internally developed ASP.NET web application. To be proactive and maintain expertise in the full .NET stack, including .NET MAUI, JavaScript, C#, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will work remotely but must be willing to travel occasionally to our offices in Texas, Alabama, Florida, and Puerto Rico to provide hands-on support and training.
Essential Functions:
Application Support - 44% of time spent
Interaction: IT department, Internal/Seasonal Employees, Customers and Vendors
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Experience with remote support tools and techniques,
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, prior experience providing training or user education, and 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
Special Skills and/or Abilities: Proficiency in .NET MAUI, C#, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, and the ASP.NET framework.
Important Qualities and Characteristics: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
