The Sales Support Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and serving as the interface between the sales process and the inventory process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Initiate and follow up on make ready, review description, and shipment to customer.
- Initiate shipment of applicable equipment to customers.
- Assist sales persons with application, availability and pricing of equipment.
- Initiate shipment from factories to end users and Warren locations.
- Inventory of new equipment.
- Initiate and check descriptions before billing.
- Initiate and maintain reservations on equipment.
- Review new equipment make ready and freight invoices.
- Initiate and maintain no charge agreements for demos and loaners.
- Check orders for content and continuity of equipment.
- Coordinate & communicate make ready shops.
- Assist walk in customers in sales force absence.
- Assist finance manager, sales staff and customers with equipment finance transactions.
- Review order acknowledgements.
- Approve and process rental power sales orders including verifying taxes and TTL.
- Assist sales and project managers with equipment, miscellaneous items, and freight quotes.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Valid drivers' license and good driving record.
