Material Handler

Do you thrive when things move fast, love being hands-on, and communicate easily with people at every level of the organization? We're looking for a Receiving Clerk to be the backbone of our supply chain — the person who keeps materials flowing in, inventory accurate, and departments stocked and running.

This role lives on the dock and in the mezzanine as much as it does at a computer screen. You'll receive incoming materials from suppliers, log them into our system, pull and deliver orders, and make sure our inventory numbers always tell the truth. If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, moving product, and interacting with personnel at every level of the organization, this is your kind of job.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming materials from suppliers and enter new inventory into the database
• Pull orders from request tickets and deliver them to the right departments
• Update inventory stock levels accurately and consistently
• Inspect incoming/outgoing product quality and report defects to management
• Maintain stock and merchandise in the mezzanine
• Conduct weekly on-hand inventory audits
• Collect finished goods product sheets and submit finished goods logs daily
• Verify products daily and load finished goods for shipment
• Operate various forklifts safely (certification required/maintained)
• Show up on time, ready to work your assigned schedule
• Take on other duties as they come up — no two days are exactly alike

What You Bring

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working on the dock and around moving product
• Ease interacting with personnel at all levels of the organization
• Basic computer skills and prior ERP system experience
• Good communication skills
• The ability to multi-task without missing a beat
• A resourceful, proactive mindset when issues pop up
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience

What We Have To Offer

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance — because a trip to the dentist or the eye doctor shouldn't be a financial decision.
• If you get hurt or sick, your paycheck doesn't stop. Short-term and long-term disability, so one bad injury doesn't turn into a financial crisis for your family.
• Time off that's actually yours. PTO plus floating holidays
• 401(k). Retirement isn't a "someday" problem. We help you build it starting now.
• Life insurance, on us. Company-paid, at no cost to you.
• We'll help pay for school. Tuition reimbursement if you want to keep growing — your future here isn't capped by the job you walked in with.
• This is a place you'll actually want to be. Friends & family events, a holiday party, and perks running all year long.

Work Environment

This is a physical, active role. You'll frequently lift and place product up to 50 lbs on pallets at various heights, move merchandise between the mezzanine and manufacturing departments, and spend your day sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the facility — including up and down stairs. You'll work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
