Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a good work ethic to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping fabricate, assemble, and finishing composite components for our customers. Responsibilities
These skills are a plus, but we can train you if you have the desire to learn
- Prepare composite materials by measuring, cutting, and shaping on molds and learning vacuum bagging infusion
- Perform composite lay-up procedures, including applying resin systems, fabricating molds, and ensuring proper fiber orientation.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools to assemble mechanical parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with fabrication and other mechanical assembly tasks as needed for project completion.
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished components.
- Any skills in painting and fairing a plus.
Experience
- Some experience working in manufacturing environments with a focus on composite fabrication, painting or marine outfitting.
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools and performing mechanical assembly tasks.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in fabricating complex marine components.
