Leadership Track – Manager in Training / Assistant Manager (Myrtle Beach)

We are seeking individuals who want to move into leadership and are willing to earn it. This role is structured as either a Manager in Training (MIT) or a direct-to Assistant Manager, depending on experience.

For the right person, this is a fast track into management with a clear path to store operator within ~24 months. That path is real—but it is earned through performance, consistency, and the ability to lead and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level customer experience in a premium outdoor living environment
• Execute the sales process with discipline (closing, margin, follow-through)
• Learn our products, design approach, and systems at a high level
• Take ownership of results—both personal and store performance
• Lead by example with energy, accountability, and standards
• Assist in coaching and developing team members (Assistant Manager track)
