Work Directly With A Culver’s Owner. We have a family of owners, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who will work the line with you as we invest time in our employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Competitive Pay UP TO $17.00 an hour. We hold bi-annual reviews that incentivize traits such as flexibility, coachability and accountability.

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift / carry 10# to 50#. Well groomed in accordance with uniform standards as outlined in the handbook/House Rules
