Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks, ensuring a hygienic and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including bussing tables, sweeping, mopping, dusting, dish washing and trash removal
- Conduct industrial cleaning and maintenance to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow established health and safety protocols to prevent accidents or hazards
- Restock supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure availability of essentials
- Greeting & welcoming in customers
- Take direction from management
- Flexibility in schedule=days, nights, weekends is a must.
- Ability to stand and move on your feet for long periods of time
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Prior dish washing experience
- Experience with porter duties is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning and safety procedures related to custodial work is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
