Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout shifts
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe and family friendly environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Toast is preferred
- Experience in serving at banquets or catering events is advantageous
- Strong skills in basic math, retail math, and food handling are essential for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective time management are required to succeed in this role
