The firm specializes in immigration and citizenship cases, including Naturalization, Permanent Residency, Worker Visas, Deportation Defense, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Additionally, Castro Law provides assistance with personal injury cases and business formation (LLC) matters. The firm is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services with a focus on serving the unique needs of its clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a mixed immigration caseload (USCIS and EOIR) with supervision.
- Draft and file immigration applications, motions, and briefs.
- Attend interviews and hearings as needed.
- Maintain regular, clear communication with clients.
- Use case management software and internal workflows to manage tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- J.D. and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state (Texas preferred).
- 0–3 years of immigration law experience (or strong interest plus internships/clinics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Training, mentorship, and growth opportunities in immigration practice.
Work setting:
- In-person only at our San Antonio office (not a remote position).
