Job Summary
An Insurance CSR assists clients with policy questions, processes changes, handles claims inquiries, and ensures a smooth customer experience while supporting agents or brokers.

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Explain policy coverage, billing, and claims processes
- Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations
- Assist with claims documentation and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Cross-sell or upsell insurance products when appropriate
✅ Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)
- Prior customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM or insurance software
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, depending on state)
