What You’ll Do
As your patient’s 1:1 nurse, you’ll provide skilled nursing care while supporting their comfort, safety, and daily routines.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Providing nursing care as ordered
• Medication administration and treatments
• Monitoring your patient’s condition throughout the shift
• Following the individualized plan of care
• Communicating with the family and Castor clinical team
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Providing compassionate, age-appropriate care
What You’ll Need
• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• A dependable and compassionate approach to care
• Comfort working one-on-one with a young pediatric patient
Pay & Benefits
RN: Starting at $35 /hour
LPN: Starting at $30 /hour
