Part Time LPN or RN To Attend School With Child

Location: Dixon, Illinois

We are looking for a caring and dependable nurse to provide 1:1 support for a young child in a school setting. The nurse will accompany the child during the school day to ensure safety and assist with medical needs as required.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working with children in an engaging, supportive environment.

Requirements: Current RN or LPN license; pediatric or school experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan

• Monitor health status, track vital signs, and administer medications/treatments

• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure the best outcomes

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license

• CPR required (Castor is able to assist with internal certification if needed)

• Pediatric or young adult experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
