We are seeking a compassionate CNA, LPN, or RN to provide 1:1 care for a young adult in the home. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a patient and family while building a trusted, long-term relationship in a comfortable home setting.
Available hours include:
• Sundays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Mondays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM
• Tuesdays are currently full
• Wednesday evenings until 11:00 PM
• Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 care in the home setting
• Assist with daily care needs based on your role and scope of practice
• Monitor and support the young adult’s safety, comfort, and well-being
• Provide compassionate, dependable care to the young adult and family
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
What We’re Looking For
• Active Illinois CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable caregivers and nurses
• Individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care
• New grads encouraged to apply
No private duty experience? We provide paid hands-on training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in the home.
Pay & Perks
• CNAs: $18–$20/hr
• LPNs: Starting at $32 /hr
• RNs: Starting at $38 /hr
• Weekly pay every Friday
