Casto Technical Services is a locally owned and operated, family business with over 50 years of experience serving building owners and operators.

We are looking for candidates who want a challenging career in the HVAC industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITES

• Practice excellent Safety procedures
• Supply Technicians with the proper parts and tools needed and truck stock
• Order and purchase all new parts
• Accept deliveries from vendors and properly enter/count in inventory
• Work with vendors on successfully planning and purchasing parts, proper lead times to meet demands, and replenishment
• Ensure all warranty parts are returned to vendor/supplier with appropriate documentation and credit is received
• Operate Fork Truck
  
  

Warehouse - Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and use forklift
• Organize and stage Warehouse
• Load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Check-in stock and verify against vendor documents
• Enter receipts for verified stock in company computer system
• Put up received stock in warehouses and showrooms
• Report any equipment discrepancies to the Parts Associates
• Package and ship hazardous materials per DOT regulations
• Resolve problems to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• HVAC Parts experience preferred
• HVAC terminology preferred
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Must be Dependable and arrive on time as scheduled
• Valid Driver's License
