What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders, customer information, and financial transactions.
- Sell additional services to customers by identifying potential plumbing issues and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Collect payments from customers upon completion of services.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of parts and tools necessary for drain cleaning and minor plumbing repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Required Tools and Equipment Used on the Job:
- Drain cleaning machines and augers.
- Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment.
- Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.).
- Service Titan mobile application and related hardware.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum two-years’ experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role.
- Knowledgeable in the use of Service Titan software.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and close additional service opportunities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage financial transactions and collect payments.
- A valid driver’s license that meet company policy requirements.
