Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Business Law (minimum 3 years of related work experience)
- Drafting legal documents and agreements
- Legal research and analysis skills
- Litigation experience and court representation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Direct, first-hand contact with clients
- Active Bar membership in California
