Location: Near Karcher Road in the Nampa/Caldwell area.
Working Conditions:
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility that offers relief from summer heat and winter cold. Opportunities are available working with the assembly team or in our fabrication department. Training is provided on semi-automated equipment, along with safety protocols and instruction.
Duties:
Perform general labor duties, including assembly, warehouse support, and material handling.
Employees interested in light equipment operation may join training programs to learn semi-automated equipment.
Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Attend team meetings and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
Experience :
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required
Some positions require the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
