Come join the Wolfpack of Castleford School District! We are a small, rural K-12 school with approximately 250 students. We pride ourselves with being a fun and enthusiastic learning district with a supportive community. We operate on a four-day schedule.
The Castleford School District is looking for a full-time elementary Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to successfully plan, supervise, assess, instruct, and support our Special Education students. The candidate will be working with classroom teachers, administration, parents, students, and other supportive staff to best meet the individual needs as outlined on an IEP.
Strong communication skills, writing Individual Education Plans, planning team and IEP meetings, and professional development is necessary for this position.
