What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Castlebrook Barns?

Successful candidate will be experienced with a busy office environment, have excellent people skills and be able to interact customers and vendors in a professional manner. Excellent phone/communication skills and problem solving abilities are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers in a professional manner
  • Interact with clients on a daily basis: Phone/email discussions regarding scheduling, customer questions, accounts receivable, project issues
  • Follow through with customers in an organized fashion
  • Work with entire team to effectively meet the client’s needs and deadlines in order to have a satisfied/happy client
  • Responsible for scheduling of contractors, trucking and shop flow to ensure timely shipment and installation of products

Requirements:

  • Competence in customer communication and problem solving
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Well-organized with follow-up, able to manage projects efficiently, and execute tasks in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Self- starter and self- motivator
  • Results oriented
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
