What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at Castlebrook Barns?
Successful candidate will be experienced with a busy office environment, have excellent people skills and be able to interact customers and vendors in a professional manner. Excellent phone/communication skills and problem solving abilities are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers in a professional manner
- Interact with clients on a daily basis: Phone/email discussions regarding scheduling, customer questions, accounts receivable, project issues
- Follow through with customers in an organized fashion
- Work with entire team to effectively meet the client’s needs and deadlines in order to have a satisfied/happy client
- Responsible for scheduling of contractors, trucking and shop flow to ensure timely shipment and installation of products
Requirements:
- Competence in customer communication and problem solving
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Well-organized with follow-up, able to manage projects efficiently, and execute tasks in a fast-paced multi-faceted environment with a strong attention to detail
- Self- starter and self- motivator
- Results oriented
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
