Job Summary
As a Commercial Cleaning Rep, you will be responsible for all general cleaning duties including: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning/sanitizing restrooms, cleaning all door window glass, dusting/wiping down all surfaces, extracting carpets, the proper use of floor machines in commercial buildings and emptying trash/recycling. As an ideal candidate you much have great work ethic, attention to detail, experience with cleaning equipment/supplies, and takes pride in your work.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our customer's homes and or businesses
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
- Clean windows, carpets, supply restrooms, and perform general building care
- Wipe down walls near trash receptacles, dust high and low including desk surfaces and tables
- Secure buildings by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Report and notify manager of repairs to equipment and tools
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services preferred
- MUST have a CLEAN and VALID NY state Driver’s license for the past 3 years.
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard-worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
- Organized and efficient
- Dependable
- Ability to consistently retain information
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
