We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our thriving pediatric dental practice for a full-time position at Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist chairside during restorative procedures.
- Complete coronal polishing, fluoride treatment, and sealants.
- Assist the dentist during examinations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.
- Take and process dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Create a comfortable environment for young patients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- A compassionate demeanor towards patients, especially in pediatric dentistry settings.
