Description Of Duties
- Assist in the direction of all aspects of the program, including instruction, organization and strategy planning.
- Position begins on or about Nov. 17, 2025.
- Knowledge of cheerleading.
- Knowledge of advisory/coach trends and philosophies.
- Ability to organize, delegate and work with others.
- Willingness to devote the necessary time and energies to maintain and improve the program.
- Possess a valid first aid/CPR card.
- Must be willing to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification.
- Must be willing to work within the guidelines established for coaches in the Castle Rock High School Coaches' Handbook.
- Coaching experience preferred.
