Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Provider based in Columbia, SC. The Medical Provider will be responsible for delivering personalized patient care, diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, and working with individuals to optimize their health, longevity, and performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing treatment plans, consulting with patients on healthcare strategies, and working collaboratively with the care team to deliver evidence-based medical services.
