Job Overview
The Model Home Host serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting the model home. This individual provides a professional, welcoming experience by greeting visitors, distributing approved community brochures and written information. The role is strictly customer-service focused and does not involve selling homes, negotiating, or providing sales advice. Questions regarding pricing, availability, incentives, financing, or the homebuying process should be referred directly to the Sales Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Open the model home during scheduled hours
- Greet visitors professionally and courteously
- Provide access to inventory homes available for sale
- Ensure all visitors complete a Guest Registration Card
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the model home
Skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Comfortable interacting with the public
- Ability to follow instructions and handle basic administrative tasks
- No sales or customer service experience is needed
