Responsibilities
- Post invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system checks
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned items
Requirements
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills; self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred, not required); AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
