Marketing Coordinator: The marketing coordinator's main goal is to increase Castle Ridge’s market share and revenue by developing and implementing marketing strategies for products, services, or events. The position will be responsible for promoting Castle Ridge to new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and maximizing outreach efforts through all media platforms. The position will also oversee creative elements and layouts, work with management to develop media relationships, and direct market research efforts.
Responsibilities of a marketing coordinator:
· Developing marketing policies and programs.
· Planning and overseeing advertising campaigns.
· Recommending which media to use for campaigns.
· Developing marketing and pricing strategies.
· Meeting with management to present campaigns.
· Ensuring deadlines are met.
· Collaborating cross-functionally.
· Reporting on marketing metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business preferred. Previous experience in marketing and business. A history of planning successful product launches and events. Knowledge of marketing related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
