We are hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinator at Castle Peak & Avon Dental.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care while working closely with both doctors and the clinical team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally
- Help patients understand recommended care and next steps
- Review insurance coverage, payment options, and financing arrangements
- Coordinate communication between patients and providers
- Maintain an organized and positive patient experience from start to finish
- Support scheduling and treatment acceptance efforts
Ideal Background
- Current or previous dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing financial information professionally and compassionately
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
- Interested in growing into a more administrative position within dentistry
